Unhappy dsound.h ... 361 errors!?!

Everything else is fine except the dsound.h in the DirectX SDK comes up with a billion million gazillion errors...

This is the newest SDK and I hope that someone can help me find out why I can't compile CXBX?

THANKS ALL

If I force it to use the dsound.h that comes with the MS VC++ then I get errors in a whole bunch of other files...

prehaps the direcxt 9 sdk is not backwards compatible..
its not first time..

dx7 was also not backwards compatible in some ways.
so try to download the directx sdk and try again.

I'm using DirectX 9 SDK and never had a problem. Just make sure it's installed properly.
