Cxbx Can't Run Games

When I run a game in CXBX, the debug test file has this.

Quote:

Exe::Export: Writing Section 0x000A...OK
WndMain: was converted to .exe.
WndMain: shell failed.
WndMain: unloaded.

And it gives 2 message box errors, one saying

Quote:

The C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\XBOX_CON.1\DEFAULT.EXE file is improperly linked with alignment less than 0x100. Fix the error, and then link it again.

The second is

Quote:

Emulation failed. Try converting again. If this message repeats, the Xbe is not supported.
