What is an XBE file and how can i get one?

XBEs are xbox executables. It's a format like the PE (portable executable) format for Windows. So the XBEs are the same for the Xbox like the EXE files for Windows. So every xbox DVD contains at least one xbe file which is executed if you start the game.
