How to mount xbox images?

This maybe sounds stupid question, but how do you mount xbox's .iso game file? I tried to use Daemon-Tools and Alcohol, but it can't open the virtual drive, even if i mount the .iso file. How can i get out those .xbe -files?

Xbox iso games must be extracted.
its a kind of iso file but can not be read by normal iso extracton tools.
use a xiso extraction tool.. can be found on http://www.xbox-scene.com

see it as a kind of compression like rar or zip compression.

Thanks shadow_tj, i got the xbe files out and other stuff, but it doesn't work. Is Project Gotham Racing 2 or Driv3r supported? Can you recommend me some other game, which works and is playable?
