Loverly. Maybe, if someone could donate caustik a copy, he could do some work on it? that would be very cool. Infact, caustik, if you want I can go buy a second hand copy and send it (at no expense to you, of course)?? its only like ten quid. Just wanting to help...
goddamn my stupid freakin xbox. Its still broke. Grrr. dammit.

Re: Halo cxbx screen

I'm sure he has halo. He just probably hasn't had the chance to put it on his HD. It'is a bit of a pain. Just listen to all the trouble he's having.

Re: Halo cxbx screen

I'll look into it. But if I'm getting a card, I want it to be fairly new. Like the geforce 4ti. Or whatever's best right now that I can Find on e-bay. Ah... ebay is golden. Low prices.

Re: Halo cxbx screen

Caustik's HDD with all of his XBox games crapped out. I think he has been able to recover them last time I talked to him.

Re: Halo cxbx screen

i recovered all my xbox games, but lost *all* of my xbox documentation (things i've reverse engineered, etc). i am repeatedly running this $40 tool i bought to try to recover the data, but it just sorta stops after 11% into the drive (once it went 36%, but still didnt find my docs).

sigh

Re: Halo cxbx screen

kcar, that screenshot of yours looks a lot like just video card noise.. (stuff that shows up if you Present() without Clear()-ing or drawing anything)
