Re: XMV movies playing
Well, if you're feeling spunky, download the 0.7.7b source and compile in debug mode, and check out where the crash occurs. The EIP where you are crashing is within Cxbx.dll, so there must be some invalid pointer or something (debug it, and find out). If you arent feeling spunky, sadly you'll have to wait and hope I find this bug through my own means. caustik |

Ok, so I hope i have some credit now The source code you have put online, is not compiling. I did not try version 0.7.7b yet, but the 0.7.7 (or older versions) have errors in it preventing it from compiling. I have changed some things and now i can compile it, but if someone lacks the knowledge he/she will not get it to compile. [offtopic:] Why are you using Rtl-functions from the winnt.dll? I have a lot of trouble finding some documentation about those function calls because it is not official documented. For example i had changed the calls to the heap functions to use the win32 calls and it made no difference[/offtopic] |
