Make sure "Start In Full Screen" is checked in the video options... that could make a difference. If not just take a screenshot and give us your debug logs so we can calrify it.

You need to allow Cxbx to autodetect the display mode. This is in video options under resolution (first choice in the list). It looks like you're getting only the upper left of the display. In fact this is likely to crash the Xbe anyway.

Perhaps I should add a note that configuring the video resolution explicitly is an advanced option, and it should almost always be left to auto detect.

There will also be a problem if you are not using 32 Bit mode.

Do you have the latest video card drivers installed? What are your computer specs?

I have all updates/drivers. I have a ATI Rage 16 mb 128 Pro AGP GL card. I have a feeling your probaly gonna say i should upgrade, because thats probaly the reason, but i dont think it is because i can play retail games like Counterstrike with good gfx; also i have a dell so their really isnt that much room for a top of the line gfx card like a radeon 9800.

Re: Doesnt Work :c

While this isn't really what you might want to hear, I simply guess an ATI Rage Card is way too old for such advanced graphics ... you can't really compare the tasks Counterstrike faces with these a X-Box emulator does ...

Re: Doesnt Work :c

Well you have an AGP slot, so any AGP card will do. If you're that strapped for cash then you don't have to get the best there is.

I'd recommend any nVidia card if you can't afford anything based on the R300 (9500 and above) chipset.

Re: Doesnt Work :c

Better get GF3Ti500. If you search eBay, you'll find a lot.

If you're serious about using this emulator in the future you'd better get a GF4 Ti4200 or better or Radeon 9500 or better, because nothing else will be able to match the XBox's GPU power. Right now we don't know what shader compatability will be like for ATi's cards so nVidia's are a safer bet.
