How to use memory card???

Until now, I still don't know how to save my game to memory card. I used VGS 1.4.1, and I've already download Aldo's memory patch like memory manager, automem, etc...

I play LMA Manager 2001, but if I enter the 'Save Game' menu, it ask me where to? Mem 1 or 2, either will tell me that I don't have memory card inserted. Pls How???? Tks for your concern...

you have to create it first.
during ingame ,press ESC ,
goto Edit->Preferences
and then click on Create if you don't have any
or Choose to select which memcard to use
