[Help]Resident Evil : Code Veronica SOUND not smooth

I am playing Resident Evil : Code Veronica
I find it hard to play the movie with smooth sound.
while I can play the game smoothly.
How can I do with it ?

Intel C4 2.0G
i845E
ATi 9200 64M
512M memory
WinXP sp2

I think you should wait for its another release... that's the most simple way

Wait for another release or upgrade your computer

I think that it is caused by low cpu power.

In fact these are the answers I have for seen.
Still, Chankast has a swicher named "CAPCOM crack" or sth. like this.
What does the swicher(in the menu) mean ?
