Inconsistent Speeds in MvsC2

My specs are:

P4 2.6ghz 800MhzFSB
ati 9600XT 256mb
asus p4p800 deluxe motherboard
512MB PC3200 Dual

Problem I have is in game match the speed drops to 30/60 and then climb up until 60/60. There is a continuous fluctuation and I'm just wondering if anyone else has same problem or is it just me? Yes I am Capcom Hack on. Thankyou.

well the emu is still beta, this its because of a sound bugs i think.
mine lags when there is multiple sound in a match
