Question Converting CD to Image (BIN) Problem: unreadable!

This is strange and strictly related to another post I made about selfbooting a DC Image. When I use Winiso or, for ex, IsoBuster, I create a .iso or .bin file from a certain CD rom / CD rom Image in adifferent format than .bin. This is strictly necessary to use Bin2Boot and autoboot a DC Image. The problem is that the .Bin file I obtain is not mountable in DTools! I mean, I mount it but when I try to read the virtual CD it looks unreadable!
After that, if I use the same bin2boot, it works fine and creates a CDI file. Also this CDI is unmountable in Daemon tools! (With the same problem...)
The shortcut I found to solve this is to burn the CDI with DiskJuggler. Infact it looks like the image actually works fine! After burning it, I create a Nero image of the burnt autoboot CDrom... But, first of all, I loose a CD for no real reason. Second, certain times the CDI file is too long to burn it in a 80 minutes CD! So, what is the problem and how is it possible that DTools does not properly recognise my selfmade images?
My specs are inunfluents, since I tryed it out on 3 different computers and the problem is the same for all of them.
If it helps, I extraxt in bin images using a Raw extraction.
The Dtools I use are the latest, wich means 3.46
