the U.S version of it is called Project Justice, becuase they couldnt call it Rival Schools 3 becuase the only other Rival Schools that was released in the U.S was Rival Schools 1 on ps1. So naming it Rival Schools 2 would be incorrect cause Rival Schools 2 was acctually released on the ps1 in japan only. If you find the Japanese cover art for this game you will see it has a 3 on it. in fact here it is

(sorry for including this in the screenshot section but its for explination purposes)

That's not a 3, that's the japanese character "ro".

I believe that Rival Schools '2' on playstation one you talk about is the append disk for Rival Schools which came with some story driven stuff etc and mini games or whatnot I would hardly call that a sequel to RS it was released with the game on its Japanese release Project Justice IS the sequel to Rival Schools

Rival Schools 2 = Justice Gakuen = Project Justice.
RS2 was released on the DC 07/12/00 in Japan and 16/05/01 in the US. The PSX version was released 24/06/99 in Japan and 31/05/99 in the states according to Gamefaqs.
There is no Rival Schools 3

Hmm i guess the only way to show you guys it to get ahold of the 2 copies of the game that my friend has. They are 2 seperate games all together each in its own case.

http://www.gamesfirst.com/reviews/mb..._schools_2.htm

As he says there.. 2 wasnt much differnt from 1 aside from some small addons and some extra characters. This ISNT the append disc from Rival Schools 1, this game was released seperately. If you know about Zinc/Impact Roms you'll know that there are 2 Rival Schools games running on the psx hardware board. Not alot of people know about Rival Schools 2 simply becuase it wasnt a whole lot different than 1 and was only released in Japan.

http://coinop.org/arcadesystem.aspx/...0-4d0c5935a7e5

Notice both say PSX Hw across from both of them.

I don't wish to carry this discussion on here since this is the screenshot thread so this will be my last post about this. If this doesnt clarify it, then oh well. Just do some research and you'll see what im talking about.

Psychic Force 2012 runs in Chankast v0.25.

Z-Buffer has to be enabled or else you won't see the characters.

When the match starts, the bottom half the screen is all black.
