Actually that was my opinion for Last Blade 2 on the DC. Chankast even runs it on quarter of the screen only . Though the gallery is perfect (While I had these in some of my artbooks collection before )

Look what runs on my Intel graphics decelerator.. I didn't think it would run, seeing how this things lacks a T&L engine (supposedly).. a little slower than a dedicated card, but it looks fine, and for the most part, runs fine.

Ran Soul Calibur just fine (without the vertex stretching bug that plagues nVidia cards even ), albeit quite a bit slower than my 9800 Pro or other dedicated cards have.. about 15-20FPS slower. Looks fantastic though, I was pleasantly suprised.I think Intel's drivers call for SW T&L whenever a program requires a HW T&L engine, requiring the CPU to do the T&L, which would quite easily explain the lower FPS. A 3.73GHz Northwood pulling in ~44FPS in SC just isn't right.

The only game that I've tested recently was Phantasy Star Online Ver.2, non-Echelon. Thus, it is the only one I have screenies for at the moment. Haven't seen too many shots from the PSO series because most people seem to have severe graphical problems. Anyway, here: |
