RE COde Veronica Problems

In Chankasta Alpha 0.2 i can't play RECV because i have an average of 60 FPS and it's way too fast. The real problem is that the audio doesn't match the video and it gets lost...it totally goes away since the game is too fast. How can i solve the problem? I've tried pushing the keyboard "+" key to underclock it but after the CPU goes above 100% the program gets stuck. Someone has the same problem?HELP!!
