Ikaruga problem

Whenever I try to run Ikaruga, it says "Ikaruga for Dreamcast by Treasure, Now Loading...", but then it goes to a screen with a couple paragraphs in Japanese, and the Ikaruga logo in the corner, and it doesn't go past that. Any help?

it's at the menu, you can't see it in the normal version. Just press start or A a couple of times to get past it.
