Goes to wire frames when pushing up in bios?

I've noticed in the bios that when i push up on the joystick the background goes black and all i can see are some wireframes. Is this supposed to happen? I haven't tried any games yet so I don't know if it's like this in game.

That seems to be a problem with the W key (if that what you are using for the up key).

I had that key in the Capcom Vs Street Fighter 2 and i changed it to another one and problem fixed

The W key? Damnit. I wrote in the compability thread that Street Fighter Alpha 3 had problems because it went into wire frame mode when I press the UP key which is the "W" key on my keyboard. Doh!

thats coz the emu authors must have that key set in the emulator to display wireframe... for debug or testing most likely

Yep, i think that was it and they forgot to mention it in the site, or remove it from the released alpha.

Thats is cool, I encourage them to add more of those dev options like poly count and stuff except bind it to the f1-f12 keys.

I agree. It gives you a better insight in the inner workings of the games. Like the layer toggle in snes-emus. I find it fascinating, and apperently I'm not the only nutcase . It is, as you say, probably even usefull for developers.
