Fix for sonic 2 crashes

omg i fixed it ok now there is patch u ned to apply i put hint in this riddle i like dogs they like to bark wiht me fixes and apply dog food into -mega- milk --games- and -dc- because -patches- for -section-....................

ok here it is *removed* iu think i used this one Sonic Adventure 2 Protection Fix. hope i don't get bannned

try to upload the patch to other site site first, like geocities or xoom.....

ok i just played it but it crashed afer the first boss dammit alhtough i did apply the patch to the cdi not bin ??? i suggest try both patches and make sure u can use memory card also make sure it is a bin etc

These "protection" fix patches, do not fix issues that are an emulator's fault..

By patching the game's image, perhaps it circumvents an issue on which the emulator crashes, but it does not fix an issue of the emulator itself. With issue, I mean, an implementation or whatever on what the emulator crashes on.

If you're implying that the crashes' reasons are not due to the emulator, you're also implying that the actual problem exists within your (and everyone else's) SA2 image.

The "protection" fixes for SA2 are for those of you who legitimately dump your real Sonic Adventure 2 GD-ROM disc. If you downloaded some release group's iso release then the game is more than likely already fixed. Also, if the emulator crashes, it's the emulator. If the game beign emulated crashes, then it may be the game, but it still could be the emulator.
