I have a boar asus p5nsli and a 7900gs pcie 16x but I am running on the system to 1x according to the programs that I can be the problem??

Go into your BIOS and manually set your PCI-E lane to x16.

My motherboard is p5nsli and has a card to put in sli and when this staging is expected to 16x but when putting this does not work, and only works when not making or told me that when this is put to 16x but when I put this not rises to 16x or no image

Heh, I think i've seen this before.
Try using the other PCI-e slot.
The slot lower is default 1X, Top is 16X Use the blue slot ;)

Yes, but I put it in both and remains the same, in blue only works when you remove the card selector sli that brings a little in the middle and putting it is supposed to operate on x16 but not working you understand?

Throw the card selector sli... or whatever it is... out of the rig. :p
If that doesn't work, do like skoreanime said: set the PCI-Ex slot to x16 in the BIOS.
If all else fails... try another program to detect your PCI-Ex bus width.

16x isn't the bus width, its the bus multiplier, the bus width for PCI-E is 64bit where as PCI 2.0- are 32bit and 16bit
