I'm a new user (but pretty experienced with emulation) and I have a few questions that I cant seem to find a good answer to...
1st -> I use Dolphin Final 1.03 Beta
2nd -> my PC specs are: CPU = Intel Celeron 2,53gHz; VGA = ATI Radeon 9200 AGP 128mb; pixel shader = 1.4; vertex shader = 1.1; RAM = 1024 400Hz; SPU = C-Media; OS = Windows XP Media Center 32bit
3rd -> my questions:
a) "Use dynarec" what is it for exactly? (when I enable it, the game menus run faster, but doesn't seem to change the ingame speed)
b) How come the "AA Quality" option is unavailable for me?
c) From the "Enhancements" window, only "Force bi/trilinear" option is available...why? My VGA card supports Truform
d) "Dump textures" does that actually have any use? I mean doesn't seem to speed up anything...
e) "Default display list optimization level" that doesn't seem to change anything aswell...
f) when I use the "render framebuffer", the emulator always crashes...PC problem?
g) Is there any "easy to configurate" keyboard plugin?

I hope I can get some answers, cuz I'm not very familiar with all the emulator, but it looks really promising...
Thanks for reading

P.S. I get about 3-7 fps on Shadow the Hedgehog...if there's anything I can do to "boost" the fps, please tell me

a) "DynaRec" stands for "Dynamic Recompiler" and it is a faster Methods of CPU emulation to keep it short and understandable, but doesn't seem to work that good on your PC, that's why it only speeds up the menus
b) you only have a Pixel shader 1.x, so that seems to be the problem
c) Truform isn't available afaik, but hadn't used Dolphin for years, so I can't call exactly
d) dump textures, does what the name says: it dumps textures to a folder
e) dunno
f) that should be a pixel shader & gfx plugin issue again
g) yeah, use Falconforever's plugin, it's better :)

and post scriptum: no, there isn't a way... wait for the next version and/or buy better hardware

don't know about the nVidia card, but the X1650 has quite a preformance, and it's not that expensive...I've always been 100% satisfied by ATI...if you want to buy THE BEST card on the market though, I'd recoment you ATI Radeon X2900...that's the most powerful VGA card on the market (proof = Peripherals: New ATI X2900 XTX Shames Nvidia 8800 to Second Place (http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/peripherals/new-ati-x2900-xtx-shames-nvidia-8800-to-second-place-246002.php) )
