Pokemon Pearl - ball capsules won't deposit

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question, but I hope you can help me, or direct me to the right place!

I was using a seals code from AR, and a Machamp appeared and replace my Wingull. The Machamp has a ball capsule that I can't deposit, I've tried depositing, releasing. There is no Machamp symbol by any of my ball capsules. I never got a window asking me yes/no get rid of the ball capsule while trying to deposit.
Nothing I've tried works, and the Machamp stays in my party.

Is there a way to delete the Machamp, or to get rid of the ball capsule so that I can get it out of my party?

Have you even TRIED disabling the AR code and then deleting it?

disable the code and try restarting the game, and loading from a native(battery) save.
