Problems with Dolphin emu

Hey i finally got final fantasy crystal chrionicles for gamecube, but whenever i try to play it on dolphin it just crashes X.X

- The only errors i get is, "No joystick detected"
- The file type of the game is ".gcm"
- I have the newest version
- I have played other games on it and it works fine

I know i meet the system requirements. I have heard guids on how to rip a ".gcm" file onto your computer but my question is do you have to have "Phanasty star online" do to so? Is there any other way to rip the games you have on gamecube onto your computer? Thanks

Well heres one thing i keep on getting now.

I attacthed an image of what i keep on getting when i try to play crystal chrionicles.

Then it will show that for like 10 secs, then just crash. Anyone else getting this problem?
