First of all, that wasnt even remotedly understandable. This translation itself needs a translation.

Is encryption used to prevent hacked versions of the emu ?

lol that's DeSmuME v0.7.2wp4 you will never run any comercial rom :p with this emu version

And do you see this on the official desmume build/webpage ? Please, better investigate a bit before claiming something clearly wrong. This is just a version done by some japanese person which has nothing to do with main desmume branch.

Maybe because desmume doesn't get much discussion on its subforum. Nevertheless, it's no excuse for bumping an old thread about an old version of the emulator just to say something silly.
