I was wondering if anyone else has this problem? I figure 'x' is a hotkey for 'exit', maybe. Is there anyway I can turn it off? Because I use 'x' for 'a' and it's getting really annoying!

Thanks:)

i use X in keyboard and nogba don't close, maybe there are something interfering with nogba in your pc.

note: alt+x = exit

make sure you're not hitting those.

maybe keyboard problem. alt pressed always even didn't pressed. Check your keyboard again or try another keyboard. You can borrow it from someone else.

try any hotkey program and see if it has been assigned to it or try existing programs in yer windows to see whether x is assigned to anything only prob is i dont know which program it could be

It happend to me as well.
Maybe our keyboards are so sensitive that the x sometimes drags the alt along with it (or maybe it's just dirt), or maybe we're pressing alt without noticing. I'd bet on the former.
Did you try slowly pressing x to make sure the alt doesn't move, and that it happens *every* time?

Well I use 'X' as my 'A' key...sorta like VBA. Never had a problem.

So it's not just me then! I'm going to keep trying. What's a gamepad like? I'm still going to try to find something else. i'd use num pad but I'm using a laptop! And It's force of habit to press 'x' all the time.

:| How do you use a dualshock2 to play? You must have an adaptor.

you reckon it'd work on vista?

I think I've figured it out. When I do alt -tab to another program, then do it again back to No$gba, I think it leaves some sort of imprint on the 'alt' and I pressed 'x' and it shut down.

It only happens when you 'alt-tab' OUT of the program, not IN.
