I've only seen that screen once or twice before. Probably 'cos I'm on a 56k connection. So it doesn't really bother me.

I had a different opinion before but these days I am posting a lot of screenshots.Anyways they take about a minute to load on my 33k connection.:)

I have a 56k connection, so I never get this message unless I'm posting screenshots, but I don't post them very often(I think I only did twice or so), so the message doesn't bother me. It's good to have a flood control.
