You see, when I was using NO$GBAa I could play most games on it but when I tryed using NO$GBAb, once I turn on a game it just says please reinsert game into cartridge. Though I don't know why.

i don't think so, except if the battery is dead which take a long time to happen.

Actually you can get it if you are using a flashcart and chose the wrong save type there aswell.

Or if your save is indeed corrupted on a real cartridge.
