I was wondering if this was available.

For instance, I have Cable internet (Non wireless) and my friend has the same. We are both playing PKM-Diamond via No$GBA 2.4b.

Is there a way for us to connect over the internet to battle each other?

Or, is it possible to connect my DS to the pc via wireless and battle and trade pokemon?

No it's not possible yet.

WiFi is still being worked on and no one has any idea how far or how well it can be implicated.

So there is no way to emulate the connection to either the nintendo server or say a private server? Seeing as this would be the best way to do it.

Nope no way, and it is not guaranteed there will be in the future either.
