Can you migrate pokemon in no$gba?

I dont know exactly but you probably cant. I dont know why but you need to load 2 diffrent games and run just 1 at a time which no one can do with emulation(especially with the DS) so it quite obvious. But for insurence you can just wait till some info will be ready about it and you'll figure it out.
