Ok well I decided to post this because I finally got nullDC to work. This is for the people who were having trouble like me but were not getting help. I was getting an Invalid Katana File Version or something and when I tried to load a game it just went blank and didn't load anything. So this is what I did.
I uninstalled nullDC completely. (I kept my BIOS and flash files though)
I downloaded nullDC from this forum(the one with the runtime files included).
I installed the file named Setup and after that I ran the other installer and selected Repair. I put the BIOS and flash file back into the data folder and loaded the emulator. Make sure that the dc_flash_ws.bin file has been deleted. I used the Image Reader plugin and loaded up a game and it worked!!!
