NullDC installer doesn't work.

I managed to get it working fine with the plain files but the installer doesn't work at all.I was just wondering if I actually needed the runtimes for anything special (speed issues,game compatibility,etc.)

Not, really, if you load it and see the main nullDC window. All will be running well.
