In the 'Emulation' section of the options, at the bottom there should be two lists, one for 'Allow 3D Rear Alpha' and 'Link Cable Type', as in this image- http://forums.ngemu.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=129504&d=1169954494
However, in mine, neither of these options are there! They're not unclickable, they're simply not there. Is it the version of No$GBA that I have?
I got my version of No$GBA from the 'No$gba Gameboy Advance Emulator Homepage' which so many people have linked to on these forums, and are the first thing to come up when you google it. The only option there is to download the latest version, which should be v2.4a, which I have.
I've been playing Pokemon Pearl, and it's PAINFULLY slow. I know, I know. You can't help that, right? But the thing is, I started a new game using the settings posted on someone's thread here to get the sound and graphics to sync, which worked tremendously, and I had it working originally at an optimum speed of around 138-150%. But my emulator crashed because I fiddled around with the settings apart from the sound and speed. I've closed the window that that thread was in. (I've tried turning the sound off, or turning it on and changing the quality, but to no avail). After about an hour searching on google and searching through all the threads that I thought could possibly be relevant to that subject, I still cannot find it again x__x;
I have a working firmware file, working BIOS and the save function works, but really, it should be at least working at 70%.
@___@
I've been trying to get this damn thing to work for at least four hours in total, and I spent almost as long searching for the right files to help me along, and watching videos and searching through forums for something that might be of help before I had to post, possibly at risk of being flamed.
Please, I'm not entirely useless at getting these things to work, but this is the last straw. I've had to start the game already twice, and to get to where I was at this HORRIBLE speed will destroy my lingering sanity.
