Error... Write to System Control Regs not implemented

Any ideas what this means?

There doesn't seem to be any impact on performance; it's just it's been slowly irritating me to the point where I just took a screenshot and decided to ask. :rolleyes:

It is not a problem realy ..Just games/bios writing to locations we don't know what they do ..Usualy they can be safely ingored but i log em in case there is something strange :)

I get the same message in the cmd black box, write reg not implemented, and games wont work it goes to the DC menu.
