Starting a new thread so people having same problem won't have to scroll through 8 pages.

Basically, as mentioned by vagos08 as well, when you try to deposit a pokemon in pc the game crashes...

My NO$GBA settings are:

- Normal Speed (I tried Unlimited Disaster -10% as well and doesn't work)
- Sound ON (I tried sound OFF as well and doesn't work)
- FLASH 512kb

See screenshot of the settings windows HERE (http://forums.ngemu.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=136045&d=1176562238)

Can anyone else try and see if this happens for them?

I played the game from scratch again... as soon as i got the poke balls i captured a pokemon and i successfuly deposited it into the computer.

Screenshots provided from deposit box and my settings...

...if you still have problems with depositing pokemon and u play under the same settings then the problem is either the ROM or the Bios and firmware files.

I think it happens because your emulator is not complete. I had the same problem with Nintendogs when everyone could pass the saving moment, I could not. But then I downloaded a full zipset , and now it strangely works, and I'm happy now ^^
PM me if you need the zip set pikablu0530 .

Cheers :)

Thanks Injek and TosheX for your replies! For some strange reason with some luck, I found the solution to the problem. Apparently it has nothing to do with any of the Emulator Settings, Bios, Firmware or ROMs.

Here's the Simple Workaround:

1. Go to the Pokemon Center's PC.
2. Select the first option (which says "Someone's/Mizuki's PC")
3. Now, do NOT select the first option here (which says "Deposit Pokemon"), instead, choose the second option (which says "Withdraw Pokemon")
4. Point the selection hand to the top title box (which says "Box 1") by pressing UP button, the arrows will appear, and now press RIGHT button, so that you're now in Box 2. Press B twice to exit.
5. Now go to the first option (which says "Deposit Pokemon").
6. You should be able to deposit your pokemon now.

Here's my explanation for why the problem occurs. It seems like the emulator cannot support emulating too many things happening at once. So after we caught like 20 Pokemons and they get automatically transferred into our Box 1, when we try to access the "Deposit Pokemon" screen, the 'foreground' (with your current party of six Pokemon) and 'background' (the sprites of the Pokemon in Box 1) on the screen creates too much load for the emulator to handle, and hence it crashes. The Workaround above changes the 'background' to an empty box (with no sprites), so it lowers the load the emulator have to handle, and solves the problem.

This also explains why TosheX was able to deposit his first Pokemon into the PC with no crashes, because the box was simply empty at that time.

Well, at least the above method worked for me. Hopefully it'll work for you guys as well. Just remember, make sure the 'background' always displays an empty box when depositing your Pokemon! And dw you'll able to select which Box you want to deposit it to later.

And again, thanks for all of your help! Really appreciate it!:thumb:

See my screenshot, the grey area is the 'background' and the red is the 'foreground', and note the empty slot in my party that I just deposited into the PC:

Well it's a good thing you found a way to deposit/withdraw but there seems to be a flaw in your theory... i just tested what you said and it still deposits into a half full box, withought any problems, ill try later when i catch more pokemon and have an almost full box, and if it works ill even attach a video of it all...

EDIT: With box almost full it opens the deposit menu, but when it's supposed to let me choose from the boxes the game indeed freezes... pikabulu guess you are right, but i still think that it will be fixed in some of the neext versions of the emu...

I used to be able to deposit and withdraw my Pokemons from the PC. But now, after 30 hours of playing, whenever I try to deposit, withdraw, move pokemons or move items, the screen freezes! What should I do? :(

Or I have to give up? Can anyone help?

Thanks a lot.
