I tried the new Pete's OGL driver with GT2. There is a font problem:
1) in the arcade CD, the titles of the screens doesn't appear
2) in the GT-CD, the options of the menu that comes before the race don't appear (rectangles in place of the option names).

Those problems don't exist with Pete's D3D driver, but the OGL driver is faster, so i prefer using it.
For example: the home menu of the GT-CD is showing only 45 fps with D3D (50 fps in OGL) and the cup selection menu in showing only 39 fps with D3D (48 in OGL).

Sorry but i didn't found an answer for that problem on this thread.

NB: that was a bug report for our gpu designer Pete ;)

For the options that don't appear I think you have to disable the mask bit detection.

Set OffScreen Drawing to None and you'll get +60fps in all menus!

The GT2 "mask bit detection" bug with the ogl plugin will be fixed in the 1.49 version..
there is also a bug with GT2, causing crashs after a race, if OD is enabled. That one will
be fixed, too :)
