I want to update the entry for Dreamcast emulators on the recommended emu wiki on underground-gamer.com. The current entry is as follows, and as you can see, it makes no mention of the recently released nullDC beta.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Sega Dreamcast

Chankast

Chankast is the only Dreamcast emulator that can play any number of commercial games; fortunately it's head and shoulders above the rest, has a comparatively huge compatibility list and a large community has formed around it. Unfortunately performance is shaky for a lot of games, even on the best systems, and it has been discontinued for over two years.

* Compatibility: Fair
* Ease of use: Good
* System required: 2GHz CPU, GF4-class GPU

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

So, if you have a moment, perhaps leave some feedback so we can compile a short, yet informative wiki entry :thumb: :) This should include editing of the chankast entry as well.

If this is for Chankast, why have you posted this in the NullDC section?

No. That is the entry under dreamcast emulation. I want to update the Dreamcast emulation entry to include nullDC since it is a viable alternative to chankast and should be recommended. This will entail writing a nullDC entry, and editing the current chankast entry (since it is no longer the only Dreamcast emulator that can play any number of commercial games, etc, etc). I would like some input as to what should be said in the nullDC entry.

He wants to make an entry for nullDC and update the Chankast one.

Chankast entry is outdated. nullDC can run a lot more games than Chankast and can run games better than Chankast, has around the same system requirements and is easy to use if you have image files supported by it or know how to convert other files into the supported images(mds,cdi,gdi,nrg). nullDC has only one public release so far with the second coming when it's done(hopefully soon).
