Screwed Bios ??

It worked once for me and now all i get is a white screen , followed by a black one for 5 seconds then i get a blue gradiented screen with lighter blue on the left and darker blue on the right,

is this just becuase i screwed up my bios or the flash file ?

i dint dump it from my console i downloaded it, bcoz i dint wanna pay the price for the cable to do it and plus my console is sumwhere round my dads if he still got it

Then you downloaded a bad dump. This is probably the greatest threat to downloading the BIOS and it's better to just dump them much easier, if it doesn't work just dump it again. Besides downloading the BIOS is illegal.

the dump was fine bcoz i used it with chanka b4, even after hacking it into a European dump it worked fine by changing 3 characters in the programming ta dah i got a blue spiral and the ability to play PAL games,

no its not illegal if you own the original version of the file (e.g in this case the dreamcast motherboard/Bios) then your perfectly entitled to download it,

"fair use law" might only apply in america and the UK though

As far as I know dumping the bios from your console is not illegal. However distributing and downloading it is. I'm not to good at all at laws so I might be wrong. You could just try looking for another dump. Maybe something corrupted your bios.
