no i think he means Atmoiswave, which is an arcade block just like NAOMI is and they are both pretty much dreamcasts, just the NAOMI is much more powerful in terms or memory capacity.
so both are essentially possible

Note: This is a _very_ old pic
Also, this does not reflect anything you will see released anytime soon,
We do not even have the Sammy hardware. (Will gladly except donations of any usefull hardware)

Looking good, Zezu. Congratulations to you and DrkIIRaziel on Nulldc. Its definetely better than Chankast. Better speed and more accurate emulation on games such as Jet Set Radio. More compatibility.
As far as donations, perhaps you guys could put up a paypal link on your new site, just as chankast has on their site. I gladly donated to chankast, a few years back. And I will be sure to continue to donate to the nulldc project, in the future.(You already got my sega i/o board):)

Here's the site:
The Guru's ROM Dump News (http://www.mameworld.net/gurudumps/)
This would be great for arcade emulation! (especially if it would be implemented in MAME :D )
But this will take time...a lot of time I think. :)

i just have one problem with nullDC.... i get always a choppy sound even if the game runs at 60fps.
probably because of vista 64bit ;)

Guru is up to his ears in work for mamedev team and his own work as it is. Atomiswave carts are also protected, and I do not know as of yet exactly how. I don't have any means to look into it, and I'm not going to bug someone else about it.
