So you have a problem with nullDC and need help... Before making a new thread or post it'd be best for you (and the people who will help you) to consider some things:
Give your system specifications (CPU, Video Card, Sound Card and Operating System). Giving the version of the Video Card and Sound Card driver can also help.
Give the nullDC configuration you use (selected plugins and options). As a last resort you can upload the "nullDC.cfg" file which is placed in the same directory as the emulator.
Explain the problem you have. Simply stating that it "doesn't work" will not help us help you. Give us details.
Consult the readME that comes with the emulator. The answers that you are looking for may already be there.
Be polite. Demanding help or acting like the end is coming will have negative results.
If you "obtained" your games using other means apart from ripping them by yourself then it's very likely that you have a so called "bad rip". Meaning that the game you "obtained" is supposed to have some sort of serious problem ranging from missing or down-sampled audio and video to even more serious problems like freezes or crashes. This happens on a real Dreamcast and is not a fault of the emulator.
