hi i have pSXfin Emulator and i use bios (SCPH1001) and i convert the games to iso or bin but some games like the dino crisis or fighting force 2 it is not working it is crashing when started and not completed loading

Have you tried with the actual CDs? You can also try to make your isos following this (http://forums.ngemu.com/everything-else-psx/34515-how-make-perfect-backup-psx-games.html).

Those are actually known issues with the emulator...
