pSX controller config (HELP!!)

ok i have this problem about the pSX controller configuration. at most emulators, i always make my UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT to W,S,A,D on my keyboard.

now here on this emulator (pSX), i cant seem to set LEFT and RIGHT keys to A and D. nothing happens when i press teh buttons. it just wont go there lol XD

well is there a way to set it to WSAD? coz i set it on IKJL and im a lil bit uncomfy with it.

note(my keyboard is fine as you can see.. AAAADDDDAAAADDDD)

any help on this will be very err... helpful XD
