ok i did everything this said to do ok her eis what it told me to do:

1)The .elf file are the executables of the demos/games.( like the .exe files in Win32 OS )
2) To extract an ISO from the disk , use Isobuster ( http://www.smart-projects.net/isobuster/ ) which supports both creating iso files from cd's and dvd's. It's a freeware version.
3) In commercials games, the executable doesnt have the .elf extension.
To find it, open the file SYSTEM.CNF in the ISO/BIN or in the Cd/DVD itself ( with Notepad for exemple )
Look at the line :
BOOT2 = cdrom0:SLPS_000.00;1
( Note: , this line is just an exemple)
SLPS_000.00 is the .elf file you are looking for.
Extract it from the ISO or copy it from the Cd/DVD and rename it "Something.elf".

4) nSX2 0.08.0 can't load and run ISO files.
You must do it manually.
Click "Load ISO" , and select the ISO.
Click "Load Elf" , and select the previously extracted Elf.

i got as fare as #3 and thats where i got my problums i have no idea what im sapost to do how to make the .elf file i did what he said i opened it in my editpad pro and it showed me : BOOT2 = cdrom0:SLPS_000.00;1
( Note: , this line is just an exemple) but it wasent the same us this was an example and after that i have no idea how im sapost to extract it i dont have single clue at all how im sapost to do it so i need help... then i can do the rest ok.

It would help if you'd follow the PCSX2 guide, not the nSX2 guide, wrong program, PCSX2 doesn't use ELF files.

Yea, if you get PCSX2 we might help you, but not with any other emulator.

PCSX2 doesn't use ELF files.

Pcsx2 can't start PS2 games/applications? oO

elf files are PS2 executables and included in ALL games and apps!
for example "SLUS/SLES_xxx.xx" files on game DVDs are the Elf files..

He means that you don't have to extract or manually select the .elf file, pcsx2 just runs a cd/dvd/iso directly.

pcsx2 reads the system.CNF and gets the elf filename from there, so if you use pcsx2, you wont have to piss about ;)

If you downloaded PCSX2 then post what's going wrong with PCSX2, you posted that you used a guide that has nothing to do with PCSX2 ;)
