i have a question about the 3D alpha rear
can i know how am i make it appear?

help is needed.

2.3c already include it in the build so you do not need to do anything about it. It was there on 2.3b for you to set it up yourself but now is 2.3c and it was already include ready and go. :)

i can't see the 3D support list instead i see the solar sensor level,
any ideas?

What he was saying is this new version (no$GBA 2.3c) has 3D RearAlpha automatically implmented. Read the changelog, the author said it's been tested and is now permanently enabled.
There is no need to go looking for it.
Considering that you know where it was I obviously don't have to tell you how to access it in no$GBA 2.3b (the only no$GBA which actually has that option as it was untested and could have caused some games to crash).
