You cannot send your BIOS files to anyone else legally. All you can do is post the filenames, file size and more importantly, the CRC32 info for the files and maybe someone can tell you if they are corrupt or not.

Well
Names:biosnds7.rom Size: 16kb

And how to check crc32?

Ok in as much detail as i can give. I have those two files right i put them in the nogba folder, then go to emulation options and set it to load from bios and then i saved options and started a game and in the title there were percentages popping up nothing on the nds screen and the speekers would pop every little while. And yes i was using roms that i used the nds tool to encrypt them or whatever it does.
EDIT- Ok i got it working switching to start directly not start bios and it started now it says please reinsert card so i cant get much farther. Any clue on that

It was already asked the question. It is best if you look around and if there is no answer then you can ask your question.
Read the no$gba thread to find the page. It was already answered but I guess you didn't want to. Here it is:
It is an example for Pokemon Ranger. This card is 256 megabits which it is 2Mbit FLASH. So you need to set it to FLASH 256kbytes.
Open no$gba and click Pokemon Ranger. Then Click Options>Emulation Setup>click NDS Cartridge Backup Media and click FLASH 256kbytes and click OK.
Now, click File and click Reset Cartridge and it will start to read the Flash 256kybtes and let you to play Pokemon Ranger. :)

Follow my instruction. That's why you shouldn't save set up because this is a problem issues for now. Just follow my instruction every time you want different nds roms. You can't just save set up for now. It will but not now. :)

This ranger I gave you the save is correct and the touchscreen isn't working which mean you have to reset cartridge and try again. Do not interrupting the no$gba because it is sensitive and cause the touch screen not worked, that's why. Mine worked just fine.

Be warn that not all have save type information. If I didnt find that information then I search the name of this ds game on google.com to find the save type correctly. That's simple. :D
