Problems with Ryuusei no Rockman Pegusus (J) with No$Gba

First time using no$gba so it might just be me:

I downloaded no$gba, Biosnds7 and 9, firmeware, and the eNDrypts, but whenever I try to load up the game, I get a light blue screen. What gives?

EDIT: Okay, I think it's not the rom but what I'm doing. Can I please get some help.

Already answered that question about encrypts. It was repeatedly. :) Search in the thread about it. :)

I patched the game, via enDrypt, but I still get nothing. Any ideas?

Oh yes, there is somewhere in the thread for handheld discussion on how to run some games because of firmware.bin is required and you will need those to show up on NDS MENU to run. Do not asked how. It was already answered again somewhere in the thread. :)

EDIT: What's the point of trying this game ? It is not fully playable because in the cyberworld when you fight them and you won't be able to see the sprites so it's missing and in the next version or so will be hopefully emulated those sprites. :)
