I wanted to try DS emulation so I downloaded No$GBA and Desmume.
Desmume could play a game called "pac-pix". The screen turned black but sound was on. Nothing else happened.
After figuring out that No$GBA needed the games to be encrypted the game started but it was awful slow (well, I don't expect wonders). I put the bios and firmware into the No$ folder and it just worked.
What do I have to do with those files in Desmume? It doesn't seem to be enough just to put them into the main folder. But I don't see any options to be configured when I run Desmume. Do you have a hint for me what to do?

Ah it seems to be working now. Not every game is able to be played on Desmume. Pac-Pix gets graphics on No$ but not Desmume. Castlevania on the other hand is much better emulated than on No$. Well, it seems to be important that ROMs on Desmume aren't encrypted. Don't know if I need a bios or the firmware ... I just put them into the main directory of Desmume and everything's working fine so far.

Nothing is wrong. Those bios and firmware doesnt need for desmume. And desmume doesnt emulated those games yet.
