Yeah, finally we have a new release of the multi-platform Sega Saturn emulator

The Yabause team (myself included) has released version 0.8.0 of our multi-platform Sega Saturn emulator. You can get it from the download page : Yabause (http://yabause.sourceforge.net/index.php/?page_id=4) .

I won't go into what's changed since the last version, since there's too much to mention. Suffice it to say, Yabause is becoming quite a nice Sega Saturn emulator.

The release tonight includes binaries for Linux, Windows, Mac OS X, and Dreamcast (as well as the source code).

So, enjoy; and Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Yabause team.

Thanks, Yabause team. I can't wait to try

I haven't tried Yabause for a long time, but this version is quite good. The speed seems ok under the fast interpreter settings.

There are a few graphics glitches though. I tried out Daytona USA.

How is the Linux version with Panzer Dragoon Saga?

Indeed, Yabause seems to be progressing exceptionally well. It's finally possible to set up controls, so I'll be using it a lot more. I hope the video become available too, since the default video options are not too stellar.
