The label does not work "pcsx2.exe"

My PC:

Pentium 4 1,70ghz
256 mb Radeon 9600 PRO
768 mb RAM

Use the gsdx9 video plugin and select (in the video config) any pixel shader exept 2.0

No, don't use 2.0. Try with 1.4, 1.1 and fixed pipeline.

I have a similar graphics card (All-in-wonder radeon 9600) and I had a similar problem. It turned out to be a driver issue. I installed Catalyst 4.10 (from March or so 2005) and it works fine. Also, Pixel shader 2.0 should work on the 9600.

Radeon 9600 supports PS2.0 and is still maintained by ATI, so you can even use the current Catalyst 6.12

Did you install the obligatory DirectX update?
