Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories help

Hey guys, i can't seem to get this game to run at all. It gets to "Now Loading" and just sits there doing nothing. My Specs are 2.8g Pentium D, 2g rAM, Dual 7800 GT's. I have attached the relative pictures, just tell me if you need more info, thanks!

PS- I have no idea what FRead is in the printout, but i hope that it's not a bad thing :( , also the DVD ISO is NTSC

For some it only works with the VM build so if you can't use VM build there's not much to do...

I don't want to sound dumb, but is that the .exe that needs XP sp2? or that other one that has an extra t at the end of it. I use the latter, since i only have sp1 installed, if it would help i could upgrade, plz let me know
