:???: i have p4 with 2.8ghz &i am running dragonball z but only with 1fps all things works good except fps.i know this is due to my poor cpu .now i want to ask that my motherboard supports maximum upgrade to pentium D,it does not support intel duo core2.so if i upgrade p4 to pentium D then it will increase fps or not.thank u all for giving support..

Yes, Pentium D will increase your fps, but it will not make that game playable.

Which DBZ game? Im fairly sure you should be getting above 1fps (However it still wouldnt be playable). Could you post your Plugin Config.

Also about the upgrade, I would save your money on the Pent D (look around at others who use them, there pretty much the worst dual core cpu you could buy) and wait and save up for a C2D.

You'd prolly be looking at 10-17FPS with the Pentium D CPU. So long as your GFX card is not ancient.

:( Dragonball Z Budokai 2 is playable on my system but very poor fps rate.i have
768mb ddr2 ram & atiraedon graphic card with pixel & vertex shader 2.so only thing i think to upgrade my cpu p4 to pentium D.but i want ur advice that any change will happen in my fps problem.i have intel d102ggc2 motherboard which has maximum capacity to upgrade is pentium D,so upgrading can fix my problem or not, it is always better to play game on my ps2 rather than pc . i am just trying this software & think pentium D may increase fps 1 to atleast 10 to 15.so may i upgrade this p4 or it is just waste of money...:laugh:

in any case You have some other problem than just slow CPU.
