Hi, I just borrowed a PAL game from my friends to try out.
When I use ZeroGs plugin, I found that the games display is somehow skewed vertically.
Anyone can help? Thanks

Skewed vertically?
As far as I know, the region ofthe game does not affect how PCSX2 displays it.
What game are you trying to run? Plugin settings could also help. :)

The standard resolutions are
NTSC=640x448
PAL=640x512
so zeroGS Kosmos keeps the golden mean with 640x480
However there are exceptions, most extreme i'm aware of:
FFX=640x416
Monkey Island=640x576
Re-check game with old zeroGS ("non-kosmos")
You can find out the actual resolution with Gsdx9, press comma on numeric pad and check DW x DH
And name the game as mentioned above.
