Hi,i'm new of this forum.I want to play with dragonball budokai 3 and i see the screenshots of Dragonball Z Budokai 3 SLUS_209.98.
What is "SLUS_209.98"?is it a patch?
Where can i find it and how i have to use it?
There are same differents between a non-patched game ora a patched game?

No, basically that SLUS is the serial of a PS2 game. It's like a plate number registration for PS2 games, this also makes it easy to identify whether a game specified is a US, Japanese or PAL version.

I don't expect you getting good FPS on your computer, you need at least a dual core processor as well as a Direct 9c compliant video card to even have a minor chance of getting playable (As in faster than 20FPS) speeds.
